Rainy days call for Cháo gà (Vietnamese Chicken Congee) 

Usually served with cilantro, fresh onions, scallions, thai basil, freshly ground peppercorns and a little shower of squeezed lemon. I had to make due with scallions and Chinese hot oil (You probably figured out by now that I like Chinese hot oil lol).
