Self-Inflicted Shotgun Wound Victim

In this video the patient is air evac'ed to the hospital following a suicide attempt involving a shotgun. They never disclosed what load of shotgun shell was used, but it looks like it caused significant tissue damage to the facial area. Very cool stuff. Everyone in the video is so calm and collected. I want to be like that someday, just got to get as much experience as possible. 

They showed this us at some point of the trauma lecture in EMT basic school and wanted to share it here. 

I hope the guy is in better times.
