Natto
Oh boy. I've had a bad experience with natto, but this time It turned out pretty okay. Served with rice, some sunny side up eggs, scallions and a drizzle of soy sauce. Mix them together and you got an okay post workout meal (doesn't beat fried chicken though).
I dunno where guys and gals are getting the misconception that consumable soy promotes estrogen production and makes men more feminine. Put some actual time to read a scientific journal instead of a quick google search: https://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pubmed/20378106/
